Job Description
We are looking for a professional photo editor / retoucher fully experienced with Lightroom and Photoshop. You must understand different photography styles to achieve overall aesthetics and be able to match color and exposure with full accuracy.
You will need to demonstrate superior skills in color grading and Photoshop manipulation techniques. The role involves working across multiple photography genres to deliver fully edited image galleries to clients promptly.
Additional opportunities within the job include assisting on set design, lighting setups, location scouting, graphic design, social media campaigns, and more.
Salary is negotiable depending on your experience and qualifications.
Note: Lightroom and Photoshop skills will be tested during the interview, so please be prepared.

We are looking for a talented and reliable PHOTOGRAPHER to join our expanding female-only team in Bahrain. If you have an eye for light, detail, and human connection, and you are passionate about capturing meaningful moments with elegance, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Capture high-quality images across a variety of genres (portraits, events, branding, lifestyle, etc.) Assist the lead photographer with studio shoots, lighting setup, and creative direction Edit and retouch images using Adobe Lightroom / Photoshop Ensure timely delivery of files to clients or our internal team Maintain image library catalogues Maintain studio cleanliness and handle equipment with care Represent the brand professionally with clients on set.
What We’re Looking For
A creative eye and strong portfolio showcasing your photography work Experience with studio lighting, natural light, and basic posing techniques Reliability, punctuality, and a professional attitude Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras (Canon preferred) Familiarity with editing software (bonus if you’re fast and precise) Ability to follow creative briefs or work independently on set.

نبحث عن مصورة فوتوغرافية موهوبة وموثوقة للانضمام إلى فريقنا النسائي المتوسع في البحرين. إذا كنتِ تملكين عيناً فنية للتفاصيل والضوء والاتصال الإنساني، وشغوفة بالتقاط اللحظات المميزة بأناقة، فهذا الدور مناسب لكِ.
المهام والمسؤوليات
التقاط صور عالية الجودة عبر أنواع مختلفة (بورتريه، مناسبات، العلامة التجارية، نمط الحياة، إلخ) مساعدة المصورة الرئيسية في جلسات الاستوديو، إعداد الإضاءة، والإشراف الإبداعي تعديل وتنقيح الصور باستخدام Adobe Lightroom / Photoshop تسليم الملفات للعملاء أو الفريق الداخلي في الوقت المناسب الحفاظ على مكتبة الصور وتنظيمها المحافظة على نظافة الاستوديو والتعامل مع المعدات بعناية تمثيل العلامة التجارية بشكل احترافي مع العملاء أثناء التصوير.
المتطلبات المطلوبة
عين فنية ومحفظة قوية تعرض أعمالك في التصوير خبرة في الإضاءة الاستوديو والإضاءة الطبيعية وتقنيات التمريض الأساسية الاعتمادية والدقة والمهنية إتقان كاميرات DSLR/ mirrorless (يفضل كانون) معرفة ببرامج التعديل (ميزة إضافية إن كنتِ سريعة ودقيقة) القدرة على اتباع التعليمات الإبداعية أو العمل بشكل مستقل أثناء التصوير.
