About the Job
Job Description

This role gives you an opportunity to apply your domain knowledge, skills, and experience to work in the Customer Success Services (CSS) team with Oracle SaaS/PaaS products. You will also have experience in maintaining and supporting customers' eBusiness Suite applications and Fusion SAAS, either on-site or remotely, implementing and running PaaS solutions such as Oracle Integration Cloud/SOA and integration to Oracle SaaS products. This role involves developing, integrating, and implementing application components, including front-end development, internal database integration, and OTBI Reports. You will play a direct role in programming, maintenance, technical support, documentation, and administration of Oracle Cloud applications. The financials domain specialist ensures solution architecture feasibility and mitigates risk by leveraging a network of subject matter experts in various domains. The FIN Architect/domain specialist is also capable of proposing customer roadmaps to realize the proposed solution. We are currently seeking an experienced FIN domain specialist with a focus on functional FIN process architecture and solution architecture across all disciplines of the FIN function. Broader Oracle ERP application knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate as Functional leader/Advisor in different Service activity streams such as Gap Analysis and Solution design, POCs, Demonstrations, requirements gathering, business analysis, project delivery, and quality assurance with other Oracle teams at client locations or offshore teams.

• Document / review Requirement Specifications Documents.

• Analyze business requirements, participate in functional design, and document / review Functional Specification documents.

• Travel as required to client locations onsite (within and outside MEA) for implementations and participate in product walkthrough and POC workshops.

• Work with onsite collaborators and client personnel to ensure project success.

• Use defined standards/tools/processes to achieve work that meets quality expectations of Oracle/Client.

• Document all work in accordance with agreed standards/processes applicable for Oracle/Client.

• Adhere to defined Change Control Process of Oracle/Client. Align with Oracle/Client audit/compliance requirements.

• Perform accurate handover/knowledge transfer at the end of each assignment.

• Timely status reporting to supervisor.

• Timely submission of timesheets for Oracle/Clients.

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle applications, SaaS, and PaaS solutions, with at least 6+ years in SaaS implementations. Proven industry experience in FIN solutions and different FIN products at a consultancy or customer site.

• Extensive knowledge of Oracle SaaS (eBusiness Suite is a plus), especially in finance modules such as Fusion GL, Fusion AR, Fusion Payables.

• Ability to collaborate and connect with client Business Teams independently.

• Ability to analyze solution approaches, estimations, best practices, project risks, and provide recommendations.

• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technology specifications.

• Ability to participate in and lead project meetings and Product-Walkthrough workshops.

• Knowledge of basic SQL query writing, report writing, workflow/dashboard creation.

• Experience in Oracle SaaS implementation and/or support.

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.

• Willingness to work in shifts and travel to client locations for short, medium, or long-duration assignments.

• Ability to take Oracle SaaS certifications as required.

What You Will Do

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to drive growth and exceed customer expectations while executing Oracle Services strategy across your territory. What You Will Do

In this role, you’ll be a part of Oracle’s renowned Consulting organization, known for delivering specialized consulting services and supporting sales related to Oracle Cloud Services. As a security specialist, you’ll design and deliver next-generation security solutions to help our clients succeed. We’re looking for someone with a passion for empowering business innovation and the expertise to manage complex projects. Join us in Kuwait and help us lead the way as the cloud service provider of choice.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of security solutions in Oracle Cloud.

• Work with clients to understand their security needs and deliver innovative solutions.

• Manage full lifecycle implementations of projects exceeding 500-800 days of delivery effort.

• Provide project leadership and ensure successful execution with P&L responsibility.

• Support Oracle’s growth in the cloud services space by delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

• Manage program/project planning, scheduling, and resource management.

Desired Skills/Experience

• 5+ years of project/program management experience, ideally with direct responsibility for P&L.

• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects in Oracle Cloud.

• Experience in implementing complex projects from start to finish.

• PMI – PMP, Prince2 Practitioner, or similar certifications.

• Excellent communication skills with a passion for customer success.
