Job Overview:
The Program and National Test Center Coordinator acts as the on-site representative for the University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC), providing academic, administrative, and testing support, as well as customer relations management and community outreach. This position is essential for assisting both current and prospective students, handling various tasks, and representing UMGC in an administrative and customer service capacity. The coordinator reports directly to the Site Lead (SL) or Assistant Director (AD) if no SL is assigned.
Responsibilities:

Provide superior customer service to students through various channels including in-person visits, phone, email, and videoconferencing.

Promote and support localized UMGC services like hybrid classes, testing services, and events.
-
Handle operational duties to ensure offices and test centers are maintained to test agency standards.

Maintain proficiency with UMGC systems such as Salesforce and Peoplesoft.

Track student interactions and schedule follow-up activities.
-
Maintain positive relationships with Education Services Officers (ESO), military partners, and faculty.

Participate in local outreach activities such as Education Fairs, Open Houses, and local graduations.

Assist with class enrollments, scheduling, and faculty support.

Help with military documentation processing like Tuition Assistance forms and orders.

Distribute marketing and advertising materials as required.
