Crisis Management & Security Officer

Job Responsibility

1- Establish & maintain Business Continuity Management System and its requirements, and maintain Business Continuity Plan for Security & Safety purposes.

2-Continuously assess the news and the region stability, and physically assess certain regions for security threats, as & when required (ex. Algeria, Nigeria & Iraq).

3-Support Crisis Management during pandemics and infectious diseases.

4-Conduct trainings (ex. Vismo, Business Trips, HEAT, …etc.).

5-Maintain the Crisis Management portal, review PCAS & projects security plans for level 3 & 4, Subsistence Allowance Claims review & approvals and manage travel requests.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

To take a lead in Petrochemicals business development in collaboration with stakeholders, e.g., YMA E&S BU, Regional sales members.

To build rapport with Petrochemicals Customers, get insight into their emerged and/or potential issues, challenges and propose appropriate products/solutions, eventually bring mutual benefits for customers and Yokogawa.

To proactively approach customers to know their business direction and investment plan and carry out sales activities from early stage so that Yokogawa could be advantageous to win those opportunities.

Service Engineer / Ingénieur de service

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Assigned to the system installation, Application configuration, and trouble shooting.

Proficiently designing, implementing, and testing a wide range of I/O, basic control functions, interlocks, sequences, operator interface, and other control components on automations.

Capable to handle the hardware installation, Instrumentation wiring and loop drawing and its trouble shooting.

Being responsible for accuracy and completeness of all projects drawings, databases, and documentation.

Being responsible for compliance with project Quality and completion of all Quality documents.

Ability to troubleshoot difficult control and integration problems with Yokogawa system.

Lead Project Engineer – Power & Water

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Lead the Project Engineering Team in a project.

Reviewing the Customer Project technical requirements, Specifications and Standards.

Preparation and review of work procedures and hardware/ product specifications.

Reporting to the Project Manager on day-to-day activities.

Performing and reviewing the detailed engineering, design, assembly and testing of the system as per the Customer requirements.

2- تقييم الأخبار واستقرار المنطقة بشكل مستمر، وإجراء تقييم فعلي لبعض المناطق بحثا عن التهديدات الأمنية، حسب الحاجة (على سبيل المثال الجزائر ونيجيريا والعراق).

3- دعم إدارة الأزمات أثناء الأوبئة والأمراض المعدية.
