هذه وظيفة بدوام كامل في الموقع لمُنشئ محتوى لموقع الإنترنت ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، وتقع في محافظة الشمال، البحرين. سيكون مُنشئ المحتوى مسؤولًا عن تطوير وإدارة المحتوى عبر موقع صحيفة البلاد ومنصات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي الخاصة بها. تشمل المهام اليومية البحث عن المواضيع الرائجة، وإنشاء محتوى مكتوب ومرئي جذاب، ومتابعة تفاعل الجمهور على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، وتحليل مؤشرات الأداء. كما يتطلب الدور التعاون مع فرق التحرير والتسويق لضمان التناسق والفعالية في المحتوى.

المؤهلات

• مهارات قوية في الكتابة والتدقيق اللغوي وإنشاء المحتوى الإبداعي

• خبرة في إدارة وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي ووضع الاستراتيجيات

• إلمام بالتسويق الرقمي والتسويق عبر المحتوى

• معرفة بإنشاء المحتوى المرئي، بما في ذلك التصميم الجرافيكي الأساسي وتحرير الفيديو

Company Description

AlBilad Newspaper, established in 2008 by Dar Al Bilad for Press Publishing and Distribution company, is a prominent Arabic daily newspaper in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Under the leadership of Chairman Abdulnabi AlShoala, CEO Ahmed Al Bahar, and Editor-in-Chief Moanes Al-Mardi, AlBilad delivers news and information to the Bahraini community.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Website & Social Media Content Creator located in Northern Governorate, Bahrain. The Content Creator will be responsible for developing and managing content across AlBilad's website and social media platforms. Daily tasks include researching trending topics, creating engaging written and visual content, monitoring social media engagement, and analyzing performance metrics. The role also involves collaborating with editorial and marketing teams to ensure content consistency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Strong writing, proofreading, and creative content creation skills

• Experience with social media management and strategy

• Proficiency in digital marketing and content marketing

• Knowledge of visual content creation, including basic graphic design and video editing

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Excellent time-management and organizational skills

• Prior experience in media or journalism is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
