• Network and Systems Configuration: Install, configure, and deploy complex networked servers, storage systems, CCTV, and building monitoring systems.
• System Performance Monitoring: Troubleshoot and resolve network/system issues while implementing software patches and hardware replacements.
• Customer Support and Training: Train customer IT departments and technicians to maintain systems and resolve issues effectively.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of system changes and updates.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in network IT system setup and management in commercial or industrial environments.
