Resident Engineer - Bridges (Marine/Cable)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred

Minimum of 15 years of experience in bridge engineering and construction, with a focus on marine or cable-stayed projects

Minimum of 5 years experience on cable stayed bridges/Marine bridges

Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and construction management practices

Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software

Experience with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent project management skills, including budget and schedule control

In-depth understanding of construction codes and regulations in Bahrain

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Exceptional communication and leadership skills

Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment

Willingness to work on-site and travel as required

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus

Assistant Resident Engineer - Structures (Cable Stay Bridges)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering; Master's degree preferred

Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent

Minimum 10 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on cable-stayed bridges

Relevant experience in supervising cable stay bridges, marine bridges and grade separated junctions

Proven experience in construction site supervision

Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and cable-stayed bridge design

Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software

Familiarity with project management tools and techniques

Excellent technical report writing and problem-solving skills

In-depth understanding of cable-stayed bridge construction techniques and structural integrity assessment

Experience with quality control processes in bridge construction

Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail

Senior Inspector (Electrical and Mechanical)

Qualification

A Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering

Specific Skills Required

Having relevant experience in supervising education or medical related buildings. This experience is the determining factor for this role.

Have working knowledge in supervising works as applicable

Management experience with the ability to communicate and interact with all other building disciplines

Reporting and communication skills
