Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality personal training and coaching sessions customized to client goals
Maintain a professional and helpful presence on the gym floor at all times
Educate members on safe exercise techniques and lifestyle improvements
Deliver motivational and engaging fitness support to help members stay on track
Uphold brand standards and ensure cleanliness and readiness of gym facilities
Conduct and update member fitness assessments and program development
Attend all required training, coaching sessions, and company meetings
Promote club offerings and support community events
Maintain accurate administrative records, client bookings, and contracts
Ensure timely communication and follow-up with personal training clients
Training & Development
Complete certifications such as MYZONE, 6D, and RISE through Fitness First Academy
Earn CPD points and engage in ongoing learning
Stay updated on fitness industry trends and tools
Meet UAEReps requirements for training certification
Collaborate with leadership for regular performance reviews and coaching
Minimum Requirements
Secondary Education (A-Level or equivalent)
Personal Training Certified (REPS A-level or working toward it)
Knowledge in fitness techniques, physical transformation, and nutrition
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for fitness and helping others
Fluency in English
Conditions
Wearing designated PT uniform and name badge is mandatory
Maintain Fitness KPIs and submit required business plans and training logs
