  Experienced HR Executive for Recruitment & Employee Support

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.

• Hands-on experience with GOSI, LMRA, CPR, Tamkeen, and immigration processes.

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases with confidentiality.

• Ensure accurate and timely submission of timesheets for payroll data.

• Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and leave management.

• Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns.

• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including documentation, report preparation, and coordination of HR activities.

Qualifications/Skills Requirement:

• Proven experience of 3+ years in an HR role/Government relations in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.

• Experience in the construction industry will be preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Bahraini nationals only.

HVAC Sales Specialist for Commercial & Residential Projects

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Strong command of HVAC Unitary Products (RAC & CAC), VRF, DX AHUs, CHW FCUs, CHW AHUs, and other related HVAC equipment.

• Design, estimation, heat load calculation, and execution.

• Layout and design and value engineering reviews of HVAC and utility systems.

• HVAC product and project sales, consulting sales.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead energy efficiency assessment projects in collaboration with team members.

• Maintain excellent rapport with existing clients, target new clients, and stay well-versed with market conditions and competitors for pricing and target achievements.

• In-depth knowledge of design criteria and the requirements the systems must deliver.

• Thorough understanding of HVAC-related codes, including but not limited to ASHRAE standards.

• Lead desk reviews of designs and site measurements and verify main HVAC equipment and components.

• Must be able to execute tasks within budget and scope.

• Recognize and pursue changes in scope, schedule, and budgets.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC product and project sales.

• 3-5 years of experience in sales of DX products, VRF, chillers, DX AHUs, FCUs, and other HVAC equipment.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

• Licensed Professional Engineer, preferred CRPEP Licensed Graduate.

• Relevant years of experience in sales engineering, HVAC systems, and service-related fields.

• Gulf experience and Gulf driving license preferred.

• Previous experience with residential projects.

• Exhaustive technical knowledge of HVAC components, quotations, follow-up, delivery, and warranty claims for DX & applied products.

• Familiar with all HVAC system inspection procedures and plumbing.

• Good communication skills.

• Previous experience with Carrier, York, Daikin, Trane, Hitachi, etc., is an added advantage.

• معرفة شاملة بمعايير التصميم التي تحدد المتطلبات التي يجب أن تقدمها الأنظمة.

• معرفة عميقة بالرموز المتعلقة بـ HVAC بما في ذلك ولكن لا تقتصر على معايير ASHRAE.

• قيادة المراجعات المكتبية للتصميم وقياسات الموقع والتحقق من المعدات الرئيسية والمكونات الخاصة بـ HVAC.

• يجب أن تكون قادرًا على تنفيذ المهام ضمن الميزانية والنطاق.

• التعرف على التغييرات في النطاق والجدول الزمني والميزانيات ومتابعتها.

المتطلبات:

• 5+ سنوات من الخبرة في مبيعات منتجات ومشاريع HVAC.

• 3-5 سنوات من الخبرة في مبيعات منتجات DX و VRF والمبردات و DX AHUs و FCUs وغيرها من معدات HVAC.

• درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.

• مهندس محترف مرخص، يفضل خريج مرخص CRPEP.

• سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة في هندسة المبيعات، وأنظمة HVAC، والخدمات ذات الصلة.

• يفضل وجود خبرة في دول الخليج ورخصة قيادة خليجية.

• خبرة سابقة في المشاريع السكنية.

• معرفة فنية شاملة لمكونات HVAC، العروض، المتابعة، التسليم، ومطالبات الضمان لمنتجات DX والمطابقة.

• الإلمام بجميع إجراءات التفتيش المتعلقة بأنظمة HVAC والسباكة.

• مهارات تواصل جيدة.

• الخبرة السابقة مع Carrier و York و Daikin و Trane و Hitachi وغيرها ستكون ميزة إضافية.
