Job Overview

Join the Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM) in Bahrain as an Asset Protection/Safety Supervisor. In this key leadership role, you will assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating safety and loss prevention programs while managing physical security operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Asset Protection/Safety Manager in strategic planning

• Supervise loss prevention programs and conduct internal investigations

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and security procedures

• Manage store and facility security, including inventories and emergency response plans

• Build relationships with base command and local personnel

• Train and supervise staff involved in safety and asset protection

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: $40,056 - $54,452 (NF-03/3C)

• Plus overseas entitlements including:

  • Post Allowance & Living Quarters Allowance (LQA) to help cover international living costs

  • Access to DODEA schools for children of U.S. military and civilian personnel

  • Commissary privileges for savings on groceries

  • Base housing (for eligible Department of Defense civilians and families)

انضم إلى فريق قيادة تبادل البحرية (NEXCOM) في البحرين كـ"مشرف حماية الأصول والسلامة". ستكون مسؤولًا عن دعم المدير في التخطيط والتنفيذ والتقييم لبرامج الحماية من الخسائر، مع إدارة برامج الأمان والسلامة والإشراف على الموظفين.

المهام

• دعم مدير الحماية والسلامة في التخطيط الاستراتيجي

• الإشراف على برامج منع الخسائر والتحقيق في الحوادث

• ضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة والإجراءات الأمنية

• إدارة أمن المتاجر والمرافق والمشاركة في الجرد وخطط الطوارئ

• بناء علاقات مع قيادة القاعدة والجهات المحلية

• تدريب والإشراف على موظفي قسم السلامة وحماية الأصول

الراتب والمزايا

• الراتب الأساسي: من 40,056 إلى 54,452 دولار سنويًا (NF-03/3C)
