Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to build and maintain strong brand perception, drive marketing strategy, and lead communication initiatives that directly influence customer engagement and organizational direction. This role suits professionals who bring deep marketing expertise and can guide project teams, mentor others, and influence long-term business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and communication plans

• Promote products and services across advertising, promotions, and digital platforms

• Manage and enhance brand identity and customer perception

• Analyze market trends and target audience behavior to refine campaigns

• Mentor junior team members and oversee related workflows or programs

Requirements

• Proven expertise in marketing, branding, and communications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing leadership or strategic role

• Strong skills in campaign planning, project management, and market analysis

• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities

• Ability to manage cross-departmental projects and mentor junior staff

• Familiarity with modern marketing tools, digital media, and analytics platforms

نبحث عن مدير تسويق واتصال متمرس لبناء تصور قوي للعلامة التجارية، وقيادة الاستراتيجيات التسويقية، وتنفيذ حملات اتصالية فعّالة تعزز التفاعل وتؤثر في قرارات العملاء. هذا الدور مخصص للمحترفين أصحاب الخبرة العميقة الذين يمكنهم إدارة المشاريع، وتوجيه الفرق، والتأثير في قرارات الشركة على المدى الطويل.

المهام

• تطوير وتنفيذ خطط واستراتيجيات التسويق والتواصل المؤسسي

• الترويج للمنتجات والخدمات عبر الإعلانات والعروض والحملات الرقمية

• إدارة هوية العلامة التجارية وتحسين صورتها لدى العملاء

• تحليل السوق وسلوك الجمهور لتطوير الحملات التسويقية

• توجيه أعضاء الفريق الأقل خبرة والإشراف على العمليات ذات الصلة

• التعاون مع الأقسام الأخرى لتوحيد الرسائل والهوية المؤسسية

• المساهمة في اتخاذ قرارات استراتيجية مؤثرة طويلة المدى

الشروط

• خبرة مثبتة في التسويق، العلامات التجارية، والتواصل المؤسسي

• ما لا يقل عن 5 سنوات خبرة في مناصب قيادية أو استراتيجية في التسويق

• مهارات عالية في التخطيط للحملات، إدارة المشاريع، وتحليل السوق

• قدرات تواصل وقيادة ممتازة

• القدرة على إدارة مشاريع متعددة وتوجيه فرق العمل

• إلمام بأدوات التسويق الرقمي وتحليلات الأداء
