We’re looking for a passionate and persuasive Showroom Sales Advisor to be part of our growing team. If you thrive in a customer-facing role and love helping people choose furniture and parquet flooring that fits their lifestyle, this is the job for you.

Responsibilities

• Welcome walk-in customers and respond to inbound leads

• Provide expert consultation on furniture and parquet flooring options

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and availability

• Build strong client relationships through excellent communication and follow-up

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

• Collaborate with the showroom and sales team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Strong sales background with proven results

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to build rapport and influence purchasing decisions

• Previous experience in furniture, flooring, or home improvement sales is a strong advantage

• BD100.000 – BD300.000 per month

المهام

• استقبال العملاء في المعرض والرد على الاستفسارات الواردة

• تقديم استشارات احترافية حول خيارات الأثاث وأرضيات الباركيه

• الحفاظ على معرفة كاملة بمواصفات المنتجات وتوفرها

• بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء من خلال التواصل والمتابعة الممتازة

• تحقيق أو تجاوز أهداف المبيعات الشهرية

• التعاون مع فريق صالة العرض لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة

الشروط

• شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها

• خبرة قوية في مجال المبيعات وتحقيق الأهداف

• مهارات تواصل ممتازة كتابية وشفوية

• القدرة على بناء علاقات وكسب ثقة العملاء

• الخبرة السابقة في مبيعات الأثاث أو الأرضيات أو تحسين المنزل تعتبر ميزة قوية
