 Network Engineer

Minimum Qualifications

 An Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret Clearance 

Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.

A minimum of six (6) years of in-depth knowledge of complex LAN/WAN communications, network hardware such as Cisco routers, Ethernet switches, bridges, gateways, and firewalls.

In-depth knowledge of routing protocols such as Routing Information Protocol (RIP), Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol (EIGRP), Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) and Open Shortest Path First (OSPF)

Strong understanding and practical experience with technologies like Multi-Schedule Private Line Service Tariffs (MPLS), Virtual Private LAN Service (VPLS), MLA Virtual Private Network (VPNs) and Traffic Engineering Duties involve among others, management of local and wide area network, projects, and installation of new devices, system, and on-going maintenance of infrastructure.

Experience with Wireless, Riverbeds.

Well versed with the advanced engineering and administration of multiprotocol routers, multilayer switches, network security devices and network management systems.

PC Refresh Technician

 Minimum Qualifications

An active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance.

Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.

Requires 2 years related experience. 

Compliant with DoD 8570 IAT Level II (Security+, CCNA Security, etc.). 

Minimum of one OEM network or OS certification (CCNA, MDAA, MEAA, etc.). 

Proficient with Windows operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. 

Strong knowledge of hardware, including desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices. 

Familiarity with imaging and deployment tools (e.g., MECM or similar). 

Familiarity with data migration and backup procedures. 

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve routine technical issues efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. 

Knowledge of network configurations and security protocols. 

Help Desk Technical Tier I Support

    

The Help Desk Technical Tier I Support position will provide information and assistance resources that troubleshoot problems with computers or similar products on the network.

Field trouble calls via the phone and computer trouble ticketing system. 

Perform laptop imaging. 

Perform basic IP troubleshooting. 

Build user accounts on the domain. 

Add and remove computers from a Microsoft domain environment. 

Assign user accounts to appropriate groups and permissions. 

Build exchange mailboxes. 

Troubleshoot user email issues. 

Troubleshoot printers and map shared printers. 

Document trouble calls and computer/network actions for reporting purposes.

Travel CONUS/OCONUS to support missions up to 10%.

Minimum Qualifications

An Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance (Interim Secret Clearance is acceptable to start)
