Assistant Category Manager- Imports & Private label

Role Scope

Full Ownership over the category management role in terms of Assortments, Pricing, Offers and Supply. 

Responsible for monitoring economic performance of the assigned departments /categories across sales, gross margin, profit and loss and consistency with the company's commercial strategy. 

Ensuring proper implementation of the commercial strategy and strategic guidelines, including categories plan and pricing strategy. 

Providing input to the Ops team flows, adjacencies, tools and templates, fixtures, etc. 

Reviewing and resolving any issues with suppliers. 

Assortment:

Oversee Import and Private Label segments, enhance product assortments, and collaborate with local manufacturers on Private Label projects. 

Ensuring cost efficiency across our consumers that meets their needs/wants. 

Defining and maintaining the assortment and integrating the basic assortment for the department/categories. 

Providing regional teams with information regarding products and quantities needed for international and regional contracts. 

Team Lead Account Management

 Associate Retail Media

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in digital advertising, retail media, e-commerce, or a related field.

Familiarity with performance marketing, ad operations, or campaign management is a plus.

Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign tracking and reporting tools.

Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic understanding of retail media monetization models (CPM, CPC, CPA).

Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and analytical tools; experience with DSPs or ad platforms is a plus.

الملكية الكاملة لدور إدارة الفئات من حيث التشكيلات والتسعير والعروض والإمدادات. 

المسؤول عن مراقبة الأداء الاقتصادي للأقسام / الفئات المعينة عبر المبيعات والهامش الإجمالي والأرباح والخسائر والتوافق مع الاستراتيجية التجارية للشركة. 

ضمان التنفيذ السليم للاستراتيجية التجارية والمبادئ التوجيهية الاستراتيجية، بما في ذلك خطة الفئات واستراتيجية التسعير. 

توفير المدخلات لتدفقات فريق العمليات، والمجاورات، والأدوات والقوالب، والتجهيزات، وما إلى ذلك. 

مراجعة وحل أي مشاكل مع الموردين. 

تشكيلة:

الإشراف على قطاعات الاستيراد والعلامات التجارية الخاصة، وتعزيز تشكيلات المنتجات، والتعاون مع الشركات المصنعة المحلية في مشاريع العلامات التجارية الخاصة.
