As a Project Manager at Siemens Energy, your day will revolve around leading complex power transmission projects with full profit and loss responsibility. You will manage a diverse team, negotiate with business partners, and represent the company to external stakeholders, ensuring that all project objectives are met. Your role will be crucial in coaching your team, optimizing project profitability, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout the project lifecycle.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Lead the execution of complex power transmission projects, including engineering, procurement, and construction.

• Coach and enable team performance in the execution of high voltage transmission substations.

• Manage project profit and loss, including cost management and optimization strategies.

• Ensure timely and quality delivery of all contractual obligations and supplied materials.

• Identify and manage opportunities and risks, providing periodic updates on measures.

• Evaluate project co-workers’ skills and potential to inform performance management processes.

What You Bring

• Technical education and engineering background are required.

• 10 years of experience in an active project management role.

• Deep knowledge of high voltage substation business and systems.

• Qualification to execute high voltage substation projects in the UAE.

• Proven ability to handle complex projects with various stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of practical project execution and management principles.
