About the job:
We are looking for an experienced E2E BSS-OSS Architect with expertise in Oracle's Rapid Offer Design and Order Delivery (RODOD) solution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions for telecommunications service providers, ensuring seamless integration across Business Support Systems (BSS) and Operational Support Systems (OSS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Develop comprehensive end-to-end technical solutions across the BSS/OSS stack, leveraging Oracle RODOD to optimize offer design and order delivery processes.

• Architecture Development: Create and maintain architectural blueprints, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.

• Integration Management: Oversee the integration of Oracle RODOD with existing systems, ensuring interoperability and data consistency.

• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and partners to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful project outcomes.

• Performance Optimization: Identify and implement performance improvements to enhance system efficiency and reliability.

• Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation of solutions, including architecture diagrams, integration plans, and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on BSS/OSS architecture and Oracle solutions.

• Proven experience with Oracle RODOD, including design, implementation, and integration.

• Strong understanding of telecommunications processes and standards, including TM Forum Frameworx, eTOM, and SID.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BSS/OSS Project Manager with a strong background in Oracle technologies to lead and manage telecommunications projects for one of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Business Support Systems (BSS) and Operational Support Systems (OSS) and will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and integration of Oracle solutions within our client's infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end project management for BSS/OSS transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope.

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure seamless integration of Oracle solutions.

• Requirements Gathering: Analyze and document business requirements, aligning them with project goals and strategic objectives.

• Quality Assurance: Develop and implement testing, assurance, and change management plans to ensure high-quality project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in managing complex telecommunications projects, delivering results on time and within budget.

• Strong technical understanding of OSS/BSS systems, Oracle solutions, and industry trends.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

• Knowledge of TMForum Business Process Framework, eTOM, and ODA is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Oracle Communications Order and Service Management (OSM) and other Oracle BSS/OSS products.

• Familiarity with CRM, Billing, Networking, VAS, and CORE systems within a telecommunications environment.
