 Become Our Next Finance and Operations Executive

We are looking for a Finance and Operations Executive who will be responsible for the administration of business support functions, i.e., operations and finance. The Finance and Operations Executive will analyze and develop insightful reporting on key operational drivers of our business.

The responsibilities of this role include:

• Processing company invoicing and expenses

• Administering payroll

• Interfacing with the external accountant to ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations

• Following up with clients on payment matters, ensuring prompt and accurate processing while maintaining positive client relationships

• Fostering good working relationships with vendors and service providers

• Drafting policies and procedures related to finance and operations functions

The Finance and Operations Executive will be someone who can work with limited supervision and who keeps abreast of industry trends and best practices. The Finance and Operations Executive must be a proactive team player and ready to help in a variety of areas, even those outside the original scope of responsibilities.

Desired Skills and Experience
We seek a motivated, efficient, and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate should have the following skills and characteristics:

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or any relevant field

• Fluency in both English & Arabic

• Exceptional multi-tasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Committed to maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines under pressure

• High problem-solving and analytical skills

نبحث عن تنفيذي للمالية والعمليات سيكون مسؤولًا عن إدارة وظائف الدعم التجاري، أي العمليات والمالية. سيقوم تنفيذي المالية والعمليات بتحليل وتطوير تقارير ذات رؤى معمقة حول العوامل التشغيلية الرئيسية لعملنا.

تشمل مسؤوليات هذا الدور:

• معالجة فواتير الشركة والنفقات

• إدارة الرواتب

• التفاعل مع المحاسب الخارجي لضمان الامتثال لمبادئ المحاسبة واللوائح

• متابعة مع العملاء في مسائل الدفع، وضمان المعالجة السريعة والدقيقة مع الحفاظ على علاقات إيجابية مع العملاء

• بناء علاقات عمل جيدة مع الموردين ومقدمي الخدمات

• صياغة السياسات والإجراءات المتعلقة بوظائف المالية والعمليات

يجب أن يكون تنفيذي المالية والعمليات شخصًا يمكنه العمل مع إشراف محدود ويواكب اتجاهات الصناعة وأفضل الممارسات. يجب أن يكون تنفيذي المالية والعمليات عضوًا نشطًا في الفريق ومستعدًا للمساعدة في مجموعة متنوعة من المجالات، حتى تلك التي تتجاوز نطاق المسؤوليات الأصلية.

المهارات والخبرات المطلوبة
نحن نبحث عن فرد متحمس، كفء، ودقيق للانضمام إلى فريقنا. يجب أن يمتلك المرشح المثالي المهارات والخصائص التالية:

• درجة بكالوريوس كحد أدنى في المحاسبة أو المالية أو أي مجال ذي صلة

• الطلاقة في اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية

• مهارات استثنائية في تعدد المهام والقدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة

• مهارات تواصل كتابية وشفوية ممتازة

• التزام بالحفاظ على معايير الجودة العالية والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية تحت الضغط

• مهارات عالية في حل المشكلات والتحليل
