BIM Modeller cum Coordinator

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeller cum Coordinator to support project teams in developing, coordinating, and managing Building Information Models (BIM) across various project stages. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Autodesk Revit and related BIM software, capable of both hands-on modeling and multidisciplinary coordination tasks. You will ensure that all digital models and drawings are accurate, clash-free, and align with project standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop accurate and detailed 3D BIM models using Revit (Architecture, Structure, and MEP as applicable).

Coordinate multidisciplinary models (Architectural, Structural, and MEP) and resolve clashes using Navisworks or similar tools.

Participate in BIM coordination meetings and lead clash detection and resolution sessions.

Prepare, update, and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle (Design, Construction, As-Built).

Extract and prepare 2D drawings, construction details, schedules, and other deliverables from BIM models.

Follow project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and maintain model integrity and compliance.

Communicate and collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to facilitate efficient model integration and information flow.

Assist in setting up new projects in BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or similar CDE (Common Data Environment).

Identify issues proactively and suggest solutions to improve BIM workflows and quality control.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and software updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

3-5 years of professional experience in a technical role, with strong BIM and Revit background.

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, MEP) and BIM 360 / ACC.

Experience with Navisworks Manage (Clash Detection, Coordination Reports).

Good understanding of construction detailing, technical documentation, and project workflows.

Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards and BIM Level 2 protocols.

Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

نظرة عامة على الدور:

نبحث عن مُصمم ومنسق ماهر في نماذج معلومات البناء (BIM) لدعم فرق المشروع في تطوير وتنسيق وإدارة نماذج معلومات البناء (BIM) عبر مراحل المشروع المختلفة. المرشح المثالي سيكون مُتقنًا لبرنامج Autodesk Revit وبرامج BIM ذات الصلة، وقادرًا على النمذجة العملية ومهام التنسيق متعددة التخصصات. ستضمن دقة جميع النماذج والرسومات الرقمية، وخلوها من أي تعارضات، وتوافقها مع معايير المشروع والجداول الزمنية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

تطوير نماذج BIM ثلاثية الأبعاد دقيقة ومفصلة باستخدام برنامج Revit (الهندسة المعمارية والهيكل والميكانيكا الكهربائية والميكانيكية حسب الاقتضاء).

اتبع خطط تنفيذ BIM الخاصة بالمشروع (BEP) والحفاظ على سلامة النموذج والامتثال له.

التواصل والتعاون مع الفرق الداخلية والمستشارين والمقاولين لتسهيل تكامل النموذج وتدفق المعلومات بكفاءة.
