Senior Supervisor - Construction (Pipeline)

Location: Manama · Bahrain

• Supervising construction activities and field personnel related to mechanical, piping, insulation, fireproofing, and other disciplines.

• Conduct tool box talks and ensure safety compliance on the job site.

• Monitor daily construction activities to ensure compliance with specifications, project objectives, safety, quality, and productivity.

• Actively participate in HSE meetings and job site walks.

• Promote job site safety and encourage safe work practices.

• Build the project right the first time and ensure minimal punch list items.

• Prepare reports relating to construction progress, workforce forecasting, and safety incidents.

• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, and report any deviations to the Construction Manager or Superintendent.

• Mentor less experienced staff and provide solutions to subcontractors to ensure successful project execution.
