What You'll Be Doing:

Check site conditions for suitability prior to construction.
Observe, check, and record work execution in accordance with approved methods.
Ensure instructions are being followed correctly.
Monitor the location of services and ensure their protection.
Record inspections, tests, and work executed.
Ensure materials delivered are as approved and properly stored.
Observe and enforce site safety procedures.
Measure work done when required.
Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings.

What You'll Be Doing:

Perform complex inspection tasks under general supervision.
Conduct continuous surveillance of construction activities for compliance with codes, standards, and specifications.
Document nonconformances and suggest resolutions.
Be fully aware of testing requirements.
Check material submissions and process approvals.
Visit factories to ensure the proper manufacture and testing of materials.
Ensure delivered materials meet approval and are properly stored.
Assist in developing testing procedures.
Stay updated on new materials in the industry.

Structural Inspector

What You'll Be Doing:

Inspect site conditions to ensure suitability for the designed permanent works.
Provide practical advice on construction matters.
Inspect construction works to ensure compliance with methods and contract requirements.
Maintain inspection records.
Supervise other inspectors to ensure proper performance.
Measure work done when required.
Observe site safety procedures.
Assist in preparing “as-built” drawings.
Administer welder qualification tests when necessary.
Offer technical guidance to junior inspectors.

Materials Engineer

Location: Manama, Capital Governorate, Bahrain (On-site)

What You'll Be Doing:

Perform complex engineering tasks efficiently and accurately.
Extract engineering data from CAD drawings.
Prepare engineering computations, material quantity takeoffs, estimates, and designs.
Work with other engineering disciplines and departments.
Prepare requisitions for equipment and materials.
Review supplier submittals and perform technical bid analyses.
Issue specifications, data sheets, and other construction documents.
Provide guidance to CAD Designers, Drafters, and Engineers.
May need to provide the seal and signature of a professional engineer when necessary.
Act as an advisor to senior management on engineering-related matters.
