Position: Welding Engineer
Prerequisites:

Review contract documents to identify welding control requirements and develop WPSs (Welding Procedure Specifications) and PQRS (Procedure Qualification Records).

Prepare Weld Plans, Weld Maps, and welding consumable control procedures in accordance with applicable quality system standards and contractual specifications.

Monitor and conduct surveillance of welding activities to ensure compliance with project and industry standards.

Possess knowledge of welding requirements for special materials (e.g., Incoloy, Duplex, Titanium).

Prepare WPS, conduct PQR tests, witness WQTRS (Welder Qualification Test Records), and coordinate with third-party inspectors and client representatives.

مراجعة وثائق العقد لتحديد متطلبات التحكم في اللحام وتطوير مواصفات إجراءات اللحام (WPS) وسجلات تأهيل الإجراءات (PQRS).
إعداد خطط اللحام وخرائط اللحام وإجراءات التحكم في المواد الاستهلاكية الخاصة باللحام وفقًا لمعايير نظام الجودة المعمول بها والمواصفات التعاقدية.
مراقبة وإجراء مراقبة أنشطة اللحام لضمان الامتثال لمعايير المشروع والصناعة.
- امتلاك المعرفة بمتطلبات اللحام للمواد الخاصة (على سبيل المثال، Incoloy، Duplex، Titanium).
