Skills Required

Senior Architect

Summary

 Primarily, a Senior Architect is expected to develop a project as needed, through all the design stages (concept/schematic to detail/construction drawings), while coordinating with all other disciplines and stakeholders. In the process, he will be in-charge of leading a project team of architect(s) and Revit / CAD technicians. He/she is also be expected to handle post contract duties on all design related matters during construction and aid the site team as required. He/she is also expected to mentor and guide junior architects and play a positive role in their growth.

 Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited University.

 Post graduate degree / Masters of Architecture. Required Experience

Lead Architect - Concepts Designer

 Job Summary 

 A Lead Architect Concept Designer is primarily responsible for developing architectural concept designs for all types of projects, while coordinating with all other disciplines and stakeholders. In the process, he will be in-charge of leading a concept design team of architect(s), graphics designers, and Revit / CAD technicians as required. As Lead Concept Designer you will be responsible for correct visual representation of an idea or concept for the final product which is visually appealing. 

 Required Qualifications 

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited University.

Post graduate degree/ Masters of Architecture.

Required Experience 

Minimum 12+ years or above experience in the field of Architectural Design & Engineering.

مهندس معماري كبير

ملخص
