COORDINATOR(MATERIAL INVENTORY CONTROL)

Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) for raw materials, stationery, maintenance items, and general supplies.

Assist in obtaining quotations from approved suppliers.

Receive, verify, and match supplier invoices with corresponding Purchase Orders (POs) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).

Reconcile ERP system stock records with physical warehouse stock reports on a regular basis.

Submit monthly consumption reports to manager.

Prepare and manage import documentation for incoming shipments.

Coordinate with the finance department for processing foreign supplier invoices and arranging container insurance as needed.

Manage internal transfers of raw materials from the central warehouse to various outlets with proper documentation and tracking.

Communicate daily with outlets and suppliers to fulfill urgent supply needs and support smooth operations.

Assist in sourcing and procuring urgently required items to ensure uninterrupted service across all outlets.

Manage and coordinate procurement of maintenance related supplies for outlets.

Prepare and submit weekly and monthly maintenance reports and stock variance reports, including a detailed analysis of slow moving items.

Marketing Specialist

1. Market Research: Conducting market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitors. This includes analyzing customer demographics, preferences, and behavior to inform marketing strategies.

2. Strategy Development: Developing comprehensive marketing plans and strategies based on market research. This involves setting marketing objectives, identifying key messages, selecting appropriate channels, and determining the budget.

3. Campaign Planning and Execution: Creating and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital advertising, social media, email, content marketing, and traditional media (print, TV, radio). This includes coordinating with creative teams to develop marketing materials.

4. Branding and Positioning: Developing and maintaining the brand identity and positioning. This involves ensuring consistent messaging and visual elements across all marketing materials and channels.
