 Joinery Estimator Wanted!

We are seeking an experienced Joinery Estimator to provide accurate and competitive estimates for joinery projects while ensuring profitability and high-quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review project specifications, drawings, and tender documents to determine costs and prepare detailed estimates.

• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for joinery projects, considering materials, labour, equipment, and subcontractor costs.

• Conduct site visits and liaise with project teams to ensure accurate cost assessments.

• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing while ensuring quality standards.

• Stay updated on industry standards, trends, and material costs within the GCC/Middle East market.

• Prepare and present detailed estimates to the Chief Estimator & Management.

• Collaborate with the production team to ensure cost-effective solutions and necessary adjustments.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 6-12 years of experience in joinery estimation within the GCC/Middle East.

• In-depth knowledge of joinery materials, pricing, and sourcing in the region.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & AutoCAD.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• A Diploma/Degree in Engineering is a plus.

• Age: Below 45 years.

• إعداد تقديرات دقيقة وقابلة للمنافسة لمشاريع النجارة، مع أخذ جميع التكاليف المتعلقة بالمواد، العمل، المعدات، والمقاولين في الاعتبار.

• إجراء زيارات ميدانية والتنسيق مع فرق المشروع لضمان التقييمات الدقيقة للتكاليف.

• التفاوض مع الموردين والمقاولين للحصول على أسعار تنافسية مع ضمان معايير الجودة.

• متابعة أحدث المعايير الصناعية، الاتجاهات، وتكاليف المواد في سوق دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي / الشرق الأوسط.

• إعداد وتقديم التقديرات التفصيلية للمقدر الرئيسي والإدارة.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• من 6 إلى 12 سنة من الخبرة في تقدير أعمال النجارة في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي / الشرق الأوسط.

• معرفة عميقة بمواد النجارة، التسعير، والمصادر في المنطقة.

• إتقان Microsoft Excel و AutoCAD.

• مهارات تحليلية ورياضية قوية مع اهتمام بالتفاصيل.

• مهارات تواصل وتفاوض ممتازة.

• الحصول على دبلوم / درجة في الهندسة سيكون ميزة إضافية.

We are looking for an experienced Joinery Supervisor to lead and oversee daily factory operations, ensuring that production schedules and quality standards are met.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily factory operations to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.

• Assign tasks and manage the workforce to maintain productivity and quality.

• Plan, organize, and schedule work in alignment with project timelines.

• Review technical drawings, specifications, and project plans.

• Prepare Cutting Lists.

• Monitor progress to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.

• Inspect completed work for precision, quality, and compliance with project specifications.

• Ensure all work meets company standards, client expectations, and safety regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as a Joinery Supervisor, Foreman, or Senior Chargehand.

• Hands-on experience in preparing Cutting Lists for Luxury Interiors and high-end Joinery Works.

• In-depth knowledge of joinery techniques, tools, materials, and woodworking machinery.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Basic computer literacy (for reporting, email communication, etc.).

• A relevant certification or diploma in carpentry/joinery is an added advantage.

• الإشراف والتنسيق للعمليات اليومية في المصنع لضمان الالتزام بجداول الإنتاج ومعايير الجودة.

• توزيع المهام وإدارة القوى العاملة لضمان الإنتاجية والجودة.

• التخطيط والتنظيم وجدولة الأعمال بما يتوافق مع الجداول الزمنية للمشاريع.

• مراجعة الرسومات الفنية والمواصفات وخطط المشاريع.

• إعداد قوائم القطع.

• متابعة تقدم العمل لضمان الانتهاء من المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية.

• فحص الأعمال المنجزة للتحقق من الدقة والجودة والتوافق مع مواصفات المشروع.

• ضمان أن جميع الأعمال تتماشى مع معايير الشركة وتوقعات العملاء واللوائح الخاصة بالسلامة.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• خبرة مثبتة كمشرف أعمال نجارة أو فورمان أو مسؤول أول.

• خبرة عملية في إعداد قوائم القطع في الأعمال الداخلية الفاخرة وأعمال النجارة عالية الجودة.

• معرفة عميقة بتقنيات النجارة، الأدوات، المواد، وآلات النجارة.

• القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الفنية والمخططات.

• مهارات قيادة وتواصل قوية.

• إلمام أساسي باستخدام الكمبيوتر (لإعداد التقارير، والتواصل عبر البريد الإلكتروني، إلخ).
