Joinery Production Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily Factory Operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.

Assign tasks and manage the workforce to ensure productivity and quality.

Plan, organise, and schedule work in accordance with project timelines.

Review technical drawings, specifications, and project plans.

Preparation of Cutting Lists.

Monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within the budget.

Inspect completed work for precision, quality, and compliance with project specifications.

Ensure all work meets company standards, client expectations, and safety regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

 Proven experience as a Joinery Supervisor, Foreman, or Senior Chargehand.

Hands-on experience in the preparation of Cutting Lists in Luxury Interiors and high-end Joinery Works

In-depth knowledge of joinery techniques, tools, materials, and woodworking machinery.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Basic computer literacy (for reporting, email communication, etc.)

A relevant certification or diploma in carpentry/joinery will be an added advantage.

Joinery Estimator

Roles & Responsibilities

The Joinery Estimator will be responsible for providing accurate and competitive estimates for joinery projects, ensuring profitability while maintaining the high standards of quality their clients expect. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in joinery estimation within the GCC/Middle East, excellent analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of the regional market, materials, and subcontractor networks.

 

Review project specifications, drawings, and tender documents to determine costs and prepare detailed estimates.

Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for joinery projects, considering all materials, labour, equipment, and subcontractor costs.

Conduct site visits and liaise with project teams to ensure accurate cost assessments.

Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing while ensuring quality standards.

Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry standards, trends, and material costs within the GCC/Middle East market.

Prepare and present detailed estimates to the Chief Estimator & Management.

Collaborate with the production team to ensure cost-effective solutions and adjustments where necessary

Desired Candidate Profile

 Minimum of 6-12 years of experience in joinery estimation within the GCC/Middle East.

In-depth knowledge of joinery materials, pricing, and sourcing in the region.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel & AutoCAD

Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a keen eye for detail

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

A Diploma/Degree in Engineering will be an advantage

تخطيط وتنظيم وجدولة العمل وفقًا للجداول الزمنية للمشروع.

مراجعة الرسومات الفنية والمواصفات وخطط المشروع.

إعداد قوائم القطع.

راقب التقدم للتأكد من إكمال المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية.

فحص العمل المنجز للتأكد من الدقة والجودة والامتثال لمواصفات المشروع.

تأكد من أن جميع الأعمال تلبي معايير الشركة وتوقعات العملاء وأنظمة السلامة.

الملف الشخصي للمرشح المطلوب

 خبرة مثبتة كمشرف نجارة أو مشرف عمال أو مسؤول أول.

خبرة عملية في إعداد قوائم القطع في التصميمات الداخلية الفاخرة وأعمال النجارة الراقية

معرفة متعمقة بتقنيات النجارة والأدوات والمواد وآلات النجارة.

القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات والمخططات الفنية.

مهارات قوية في القيادة والتواصل.

معرفة أساسية بالكمبيوتر (للتقارير، والتواصل عبر البريد الإلكتروني، وما إلى ذلك)

ستكون الشهادة أو الدبلومة ذات الصلة في النجارة ميزة إضافية.

سيكون مُقدّر تكاليف أعمال النجارة مسؤولاً عن تقديم تقديرات دقيقة وتنافسية لمشاريع النجارة، بما يضمن الربحية مع الحفاظ على معايير الجودة العالية التي يتوقعها عملاؤه. يجب أن يتمتع المرشح المثالي بخبرة واسعة في تقدير تكاليف أعمال النجارة في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي والشرق الأوسط، ومهارات تحليلية ممتازة، وفهم شامل للسوق الإقليمية والمواد المستخدمة وشبكات المقاولين من الباطن.

 

مراجعة مواصفات المشروع والرسومات ووثائق العطاء لتحديد التكاليف وإعداد تقديرات مفصلة.

إعداد تقديرات دقيقة وتنافسية لمشاريع النجارة، مع الأخذ في الاعتبار جميع المواد والعمالة والمعدات وتكاليف المقاولين من الباطن.

إجراء زيارات ميدانية والتنسيق مع فرق المشروع لضمان تقييمات دقيقة للتكاليف.

التفاوض مع الموردين والمقاولين من الباطن للحصول على أسعار تنافسية مع ضمان معايير الجودة.

إجادة استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت إكسل وأوتوكاد

مهارات تحليلية ورقمية قوية، مع عين حريصة على التفاصيل

مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض.
