Role Description:
We are looking for an experienced committed person to join our team as a Senior Sales Executive in a full-time, on-site position based in the Capital Governorate, Bahrain. This role requires an individual with proven experience in the luxury industry and a natural ability to connect with high-end clients. The ideal candidate will serve as an ambassador for MATTAR, offering a refined and personalized client experience while representing our house’s values, story, and craftsmanship.
Qualifications:

In-depth knowledge of luxury retail and client expectations

Strong sales and negotiation skills with a consultative approach

Excellent customer relationship and clienteling skills

Product knowledge, particularly in fine jewelry or high-end goods

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Composure and grace under pressure

Fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus

Prior experience in luxury retail or hospitality is highly preferred
