Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Co-Founder

Location: Manama, Bahrain (Hybrid: On-site & Remote)

Company Overview
We’re a forward-thinking early-stage startup transforming how residential buildings are managed. Our innovative mobile app aims to digitize building management by bringing efficiency, transparency, and user convenience. As we launch our journey, we're looking for a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join us as a Co-Founder and help steer this vision into reality.

Role Overview
As CFO and Co-Founder, you will lead financial strategy, fundraising, and compliance efforts. This is an equity-based position—perfect for someone who wants to be part of a core founding team and influence a high-impact digital product from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals

• Lead fundraising rounds and manage investor relations

• Oversee financial planning, pricing, and forecasting

• Ensure regulatory compliance with all financial practices

• Define and uphold financial policies and controls

• Represent the company in financial presentations, investor meetings, and negotiations

• Participate in accelerator programs, grants, and exhibitions

Qualifications

• Proven experience in financial leadership roles (preferably in startups/tech)

• Strong communication and investor relations capabilities

• Deep understanding of financial regulations and strategic planning

• Successful track record in fundraising

• Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting; MBA or CPA preferred

• Based in or willing to relocate to Manama, Bahrain

• Open to travel for meetings, conferences, or startup programs

المؤهلات المطلوبة

• خبرة مثبتة في مناصب مالية قيادية (ويُفضل في شركات ناشئة أو تقنية)

• مهارات تواصل وعرض ممتازة مع قدرة على الإقناع

• معرفة عميقة بالتشريعات المالية والتخطيط الاستراتيجي

• سجل ناجح في جمع التمويل وإدارة المستثمرين

• شهادة بكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة؛ يفضل MBA أو CPA

• الإقامة في المنامة أو الاستعداد للانتقال إليها

• قبول السفر للاجتماعات أو المؤتمرات أو برامج التسريع
