Salesman - Solar and Telescopic Lamp Solutions (Bahrain)

About the Job
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Salesman to join our team, specializing in solar and telescopic lamp solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales across sectors such as Government, Military, Oil and Gas, and the Private sector. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Dialux software is essential. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote solar and telescopic lamp products across various sectors, including Government, Military, Oil and Gas, and the Private sector.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate how our products meet client needs.

• Utilize AutoCAD and Dialux software to design and propose customized lighting solutions.

• Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product education, and after-sales support services.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product awareness and market penetration.

• Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in lighting sales, with a focus on solar and telescopic lamp products.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Dialux software is essential.

• Demonstrated experience working with clients in Government, Military, Oil and Gas, and the Private sector.

• Strong understanding of LED light fixtures and up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

• Valid Bahraini or GCC driving license.

• Bahraini Engineering License (CRPEP) is a plus.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• إعداد وتقديم العروض الفنية لشرح كيفية تلبية منتجاتنا لاحتياجات العملاء.

• استخدام برامج AutoCAD و Dialux لتصميم واقتراح حلول إضاءة مخصصة.

• تقديم الدعم الفني قبل وبعد البيع، وتعليم العملاء حول المنتجات.

• التعاون مع الفرق الوظيفية المختلفة لزيادة الوعي بالمنتجات واختراق السوق.

• إدارة عملية المبيعات بالكامل من توليد العملاء المحتملين إلى إغلاق الصفقات، مع ضمان رضا العملاء واحتفاظهم.

المؤهلات

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في مبيعات الإضاءة، مع التركيز على منتجات الأضواء الشمسية والتلسكوبية.

• إتقان برامج AutoCAD و Dialux أمر ضروري.

• خبرة مثبتة في العمل مع العملاء في قطاعات الحكومة، الجيش، النفط والغاز، والقطاع الخاص.

• فهم قوي للأضواء LED ومعرفة محدثة باتجاهات الصناعة.

• مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعرض.

• إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية، وإتقان اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.

• رخصة قيادة بحرينية أو خليجية سارية.

• رخصة هندسية بحرينية (CRPEP) ميزة إضافية.
