ROWPU Manager

Required Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• High school diploma with 8+ years of employment in an industrial water purification plant or military training in water purification operations including 1-4 years in a supervisory role, prefer at least 1 year within KBR Water Purification group.

• All related knowledge and experience shall be based on the use of the principles and application of physics, chemistry, and bacteriology as they relate to water purification; the ability to read, understand and record data from gauges, scales, and meters; the ability to make routine laboratory and field tests for control of plant operations.

• Must be available to respond immediately via telephone and to be on-site within a predefined number of minutes after notification.

• Must work on the site, be familiar with and can repair and operate the equipment on the site.

• Must be available, either on-call or on-duty, for consultation in case of emergency, malfunction, or breakdown of equipment, or other questions or concerns with the drinking WTP or distribution system.

• Must be available when the water system is in operation, working in the capacity of ORC.

• Must possess administrative, organizational, and computer skills to include proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).

• Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and follow through to completion of multiple tasks, under strict deadlines and changing priorities.

• Ability to work quickly and in a potentially high-stress environment.

• Comfort with multi-tasking and handling multiple requests from different individuals and departments.

• Strong communication skills and extremely self-motivated when managing communication channels.

• Must have a valid driver’s license.

• Must be certified or have the ability to obtain a NOCA Class 3 Treatment and Class 3 Distribution operator certification.

• Possess a background in SCADA monitoring systems and troubleshooting.

• Laboratory background is a plus.

• يجب أن يكون المتقدم متاحاً، سواء كان في حالة استدعاء أو في الخدمة، للاستشارة في حالة الطوارئ أو حدوث عطل في المعدات أو أي استفسارات تتعلق بنظام معالجة المياه أو نظام توزيع المياه.

• يجب أن يكون المتقدم متاحاً عندما يكون نظام المياه قيد التشغيل ويعمل بصفته ORC.

• يجب أن يمتلك المهارات الإدارية والتنظيمية وحاسوبية بما في ذلك إتقان مجموعة Microsoft Office (Word، PowerPoint، Excel، Outlook).

• القدرة المثبتة على التنظيم وتحديد الأولويات والمتابعة لإتمام العديد من المهام ضمن مواعيد نهائية صارمة وأولويات متغيرة.

• القدرة على العمل بسرعة في بيئة قد تكون ذات ضغط عالٍ.

• القدرة على التعامل مع تعدد المهام وطلبات متعددة من أفراد وأقسام مختلفة.

• مهارات تواصل قوية والتحفيز الذاتي عند إدارة قنوات الاتصال.

• يجب أن يكون لدى المتقدم رخصة قيادة سارية.

• يجب أن يكون حاصلاً على شهادة أو لديه القدرة على الحصول على شهادة NOCA من الدرجة الثالثة في معالجة المياه والدرجة الثالثة في توزيع المياه.

• خلفية في أنظمة مراقبة SCADA وحل المشكلات هي ميزة إضافية.

• الخلفية المختبرية هي ميزة إضافية.
