Roles and Responsibilities:
Industrial MEI & C Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
Bid Preparation: Develop and submit competitive bids for projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
Cost Analysis: Analyze project costs and identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of estimates, bids, and project costs for future reference and audits.
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate and timely estimates.
Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential risks associated with project costs and timelines, and develop mitigation strategies.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, material costs, and labor rates to ensure competitive and accurate estimates.

Qualifications:

Technical Skills: Proficiency in estimation software.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and mathematical skills to accurately estimate Industrial MEI & C project costs.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
