Occupational Therapist

Location: Capital Governorate, Manama – Bahrain
Job Type: Full-time – Onsite

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess clients and develop and implement intervention plans to meet rehabilitation goals

• Conduct individual therapy sessions

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

• Maintain accurate client records

• Communicate effectively with clients and their families

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation, and relevant medical practices

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients and families

• Experience in pediatrics and developmental conditions

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with valid certifications

• Compassionate and patient-focused approach

• Ability to work independently and within a team

المهام الوظيفية:

• تقييم حالات العملاء ووضع وتنفيذ خطط تدخل لتحقيق أهداف إعادة التأهيل

• تنفيذ جلسات علاج فردية

• التعاون مع الفريق الطبي المتعدد التخصصات

• توثيق سجلات العملاء بدقة

• التواصل المستمر مع العملاء وأسرهم

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• خبرة في العلاج الوظيفي وإعادة التأهيل

• مهارات تواصل ممتازة مع القدرة على التفاعل مع العملاء وأسرهم

• خبرة في التعامل مع الأطفال وفهم الحالات النمائية

• ترخيص مهني وشهادات معتمدة في مجال العلاج الوظيفي

• التمتع بروح الرحمة والتركيز على المريض
