الوصف الوظيفي:
تبحث Arla Foods عن أخصائي تطوير منتجات (NPD Specialist) للانضمام إلى فريقها في البحرين. سيتولى المرشح مسؤولية تحويل المفاهيم المبنية على رؤى المستهلك المحلي إلى منتجات جديدة، بالإضافة إلى المساهمة في تحسين التكلفة والجودة للمنتجات الحالية.

المهام الرئيسية:

• فهم التحديات التجارية وتحويل رؤى المستهلك إلى فرص ومنتجات جديدة.

• دعم عمليات تحسين التكلفة/القيمة بالتعاون مع فرق التسويق، والموردين، وسلسلة التوريد.

• استخدام المعرفة في علوم الغذاء أو الألبان والمكونات لتطوير الوصفات.

• تطبيق الخبرة في معالجة الأغذية/الألبان لتطوير منتجات جديدة وتنفيذها في مواقع الإنتاج.

• المساهمة بفعالية في مشاريع تطوير المنتجات من حيث ضمان الجودة والامتثال القانوني.

• التعاون مع الفرق التجارية وتقديم الدعم الفني في مشاريع تطوير المنتجات.

• تخطيط وتنفيذ وتوثيق التجارب في المختبر وعلى المستوى التجريبي والإنتاجي.

• المشاركة في اختبارات المصنع التجريبية للمساعدة في تنفيذ المنتجات والعمليات.

• دعم دراسات الجدوى لتحسين سلسلة التوريد والتكلفة والجودة.

• إجراء أبحاث عن المستهلك والمنافسين، وتطوير النماذج الأولية، والتحليل الحسي والكيميائي والفيزيائي.

• بناء علاقات داخلية وخارجية مع الموردين لتحفيز الابتكار.

• استخدام الأدوات الرقمية المناسبة لتطوير المنتجات وتوثيق المشاريع.

المؤهلات التعليمية المطلوبة:

• شهادة دبلوم، بكالوريوس أو ماجستير في علوم الأغذية أو تكنولوجيا الألبان أو تخصص مشابه، أو خبرة عملية معادلة في صناعة الأغذية/الألبان.

Job Description:
Arla Foods is seeking a Product Developer (NPD Specialist) to join their team in Bahrain. The selected candidate will be responsible for transforming consumer and shopper insights into innovative products, and contributing to value engineering of both new and existing products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand commercial challenges and convert insights into new products.

• Support cost/value optimization by collaborating with marketing, suppliers, and supply chain.

• Use food or dairy science knowledge for ingredient and recipe development.

• Apply food processing expertise to deliver and implement new products at sites.

• Significantly contribute to product development, ensuring quality and legal compliance.

• Collaborate with commercial teams, offering technical support on NPD projects.

• Plan, run, and document lab, pilot, and production-scale experiments.

• Troubleshoot product quality issues and support pilot plant tests.

• Assist in feasibility studies for supply chain improvements.

• Participate in consumer and competitor research including prototypes and benchmarking.

• Build and maintain internal and external networks to enhance collaboration and innovation.

• Identify NPD opportunities, cost savings, and process improvements in dairy.

• Use digital tools for recipe optimization and project documentation.

Educational Background:

• Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food/Dairy Science & Technology or equivalent experience from the food/dairy industry.
