• مهارات قوية في Excel وإدارة البيانات

Role Summary:

This position will manage the relationship between Talabat Bahrain and its third-party logistics partners. The main objective is to build and maintain strong partnerships across the country while ensuring there is always sufficient supply. You will report to the Director of Logistics and lead a small team.

What’s On Your Plate?

• Build, maintain, and partially own strong relationships with all 3PL partners nationwide

• Align 3PL efforts with Talabat's operational priorities

• Share sufficient data to drive informed decisions and performance improvements

• Develop appropriate incentives and penalties to enhance rider performance

• Ensure adequate operator supply to meet order demand

• Represent third-party partners within Talabat: listen to their challenges and collaborate internally for solutions

• Ensure 3PL compliance with Talabat’s rules and requirements

What Did We Order?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in logistics

• 5+ years of professional experience, ideally in logistics or large-scale workforce management

• Strong skills in Excel and data handling

• Proactive mindset with adaptability to constant change

• Willingness to challenge the status quo when necessary
