We Are Looking for an Enthusiastic Kindergarten Teaching Assistant

Who will work closely with our lead teachers to provide an enriching and supportive educational experience for our children. The ideal candidate will be proactive, compassionate, and skilled in fostering a positive learning atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher in planning and executing engaging lesson plans and activities tailored to young learners.

• Support classroom management and maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for students.

• Supervise children during various activities, including playtime, arts and crafts, and group learning sessions.

• Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess and document student progress, offering insight into individualized learning needs.

• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student behavior, progress, and classroom happenings.

• Help maintain classroom materials and resources, ensuring they are readily available and in good condition.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Valid work visa

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a kindergarten or early childhood education setting.

• Strong understanding of child development and effective early childhood education practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with students, families, and staff.

نبحث عن مساعد تدريس في رياض الأطفال

سيعمل بشكل وثيق مع المعلمين الرئيسيين لتوفير تجربة تعليمية غنية وداعمة للأطفال. يجب أن يكون المرشح نشطًا، رحيمًا، وماهرًا في خلق بيئة تعليمية إيجابية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• مساعدة المعلم الرئيسي في تخطيط وتنفيذ خطط الدروس والأنشطة المخصصة للأطفال الصغار.

• دعم إدارة الصف وضمان بيئة آمنة ومنظمة ومرحبة للطلاب.

• الإشراف على الأطفال خلال الأنشطة المختلفة مثل وقت اللعب، والفنون، والحرف، وجلسات التعلم الجماعي.

• التعاون مع المعلم الرئيسي لتقييم وتوثيق تقدم الطلاب، مع تقديم رؤى حول احتياجات التعلم الفردية.

• التواصل الفعال مع أولياء الأمور والمربين بشأن سلوك الطلاب وتقدمهم وأحداث الصف.

• المساعدة في الحفاظ على المواد والموارد الصفية وضمان جاهزيتها وفي حالة جيدة.

المؤهلات:

• درجة بكالوريوس

• تأشيرة عمل سارية

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في رياض الأطفال أو التعليم المبكر.

• فهم قوي لتطور الأطفال وممارسات التعليم المبكر الفعّالة.

• مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على بناء علاقات قوية مع الطلاب والعائلات والموظفين.
