Job Description:

• Manage project delivery and execution in water and wastewater engineering projects.

• Plan, design, tender, manage contracts, and oversee construction management.

• Define project budgets, timelines, and cost estimates for both design and construction.

• Manage project financials and ensure adherence to the project programs and execution plans.

• Internal and external project reporting.

• Contract management, liaising with contractors and developers during the construction phase.

• Oversee sub-consultants and ensure quality and HSE assurance.

• Lead project technical delivery and collaborate with engineers to solve project design issues.

• Support technical studies and site investigations during project execution.

• Build and maintain positive client and stakeholder relationships.

• Ensure adherence to safety practices and company guidelines.

• Contribute to the business continuity and development as required.

• إدارة تنفيذ وتسليم المشاريع في مشاريع الهندسة المتعلقة بالمياه والصرف الصحي.

• التخطيط، التصميم، التقديم، إدارة العقود، والإشراف على إدارة البناء.

• تحديد ميزانيات المشاريع، والجداول الزمنية، وتقديرات التكاليف للتصميم والبناء.

• إدارة الشؤون المالية للمشروع وضمان الالتزام ببرامج المشاريع وخطط التنفيذ.

• التقارير الداخلية والخارجية للمشروع.

• إدارة العقود والتنسيق مع المقاولين والمطورين أثناء مرحلة البناء.

• الإشراف على الاستشاريين الفرعيين وضمان الجودة وضمان الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.

• قيادة تسليم المشاريع الفنية والتعاون مع المهندسين لحل مشكلات تصميم المشروع.

• بناء والحفاظ على علاقات إيجابية مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة.

• ضمان الالتزام بممارسات السلامة وإرشادات الشركة.

• المساهمة في استمرارية العمل وتطويره حسب الحاجة.
