Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Sales: Lead outbound sales efforts across the MENA region, identifying and targeting potential clients to acquire.

Business Development: Actively build and manage a sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring consistent growth in revenue.

Client Engagement: Leverage an existing network of clients and partners to quickly engage and generate new business opportunities.

Solution Selling: Understand customer needs and position Horizons’ EOR and payroll solutions as the best fit, providing tailored proposals and solutions.

Market Expansion: Contribute to the strategic growth of Horizons in the MENA region by identifying new markets and opportunities for expansion.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize business potential.

Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with both customer needs and Horizons’ business goals.

Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline management, and performance.

Software Engineering Manager (China)

Requirements

Minimum 10 years in software engineering, with at least 3 years in an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead role.

Strong hands-on experience with software development, system design, and architecture in a startup environment.

Proven ability to develop, mentor, and grow engineers while fostering a strong team culture.

Strong focus on optimizing delivery pace, resolving blockers, and balancing product and technical work.

Experience driving projects using Agile methodologies and improving development processes.

Ability to influence and work across teams, aligning engineering with product and business objectives.

Familiarity with Python, Java (Spring Framework), React, SQL, Asynchronous processing, AWS, and DevOps best practices.

Senior QA Automation Engineer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in QA automation and software testing.

• Proficiency in automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.

• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.

• Experience in API testing, regression testing, and writing automated test scripts.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
