الملخص الوظيفي:

نبحث عن موظف مشتريات ذو خبرة واهتمام بالتفاصيل، ولديه خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال الأغذية والمشروبات. سيكون المرشح مسؤولًا عن إدارة دورة الشراء الكاملة، وضمان التوريد الفعّال من حيث التكلفة وفي الوقت المناسب للمواد الخام عالية الجودة، ومواد التغليف، والمستلزمات التشغيلية.

المهام الرئيسية:

• إدارة عمليات الشراء من البداية حتى التسليم

• التفاوض مع الموردين وإدارة العلاقات

• تخطيط المخزون وتحسين مستوياته

• ضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة الغذائية مثل HACCP وISO

• التحكم في الميزانية وإجراء تحليلات التكلفة

• استخدام أنظمة ERP مثل SAP أو Oracle أو برامج خاصة بالصناعات الغذائية

• التنسيق مع فرق المطبخ والمستودع والمالية

المهارات المطلوبة:

• التوريد الاستراتيجي والمشتريات

• مهارات تفاوض قوية وإدارة الموردين

• تخطيط المخزون والتحسين

• المعرفة بمعايير السلامة الغذائية

• مهارات تحليلية وميزانية

2- مساعد طاهٍ (Commis Chef) – المطبخ البارد / المعجنات / الكيك

الوصف الوظيفي:

نبحث عن مساعد طاهٍ (مخبوزات) متحمس للانضمام إلى فريق المطبخ البارد والمعجنات. سيكون مسؤولًا عن المساعدة في تحضير وإنتاج منتجات المخبوزات مثل الكيك والمعجنات والبسكويت والخبز.

المهام الرئيسية:

• المساعدة في تحضير منتجات المخبوزات حسب الوصفات

• قياس وخلط المكونات بدقة

• تشغيل الأفران، الخلاطات، والأدوات الأخرى

• ضمان جودة ونضارة المكونات

• الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم منطقة العمل

• المساعدة في إدارة مخزون المكونات

• المساعدة في تغليف وتقديم المنتجات الجاهزة

• العمل ضمن الفريق لتحقيق الأهداف اليومية

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Purchase Officer with approximately 2 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full procurement cycle, ensuring cost-effective and timely purchasing of quality raw materials, packaging, and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee procurement from sourcing to delivery

• Negotiate with suppliers and manage relationships

• Plan and optimize inventory levels

• Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO, and food safety regulations

• Control budgets and perform cost analysis

• Work with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or custom F&B tools)

• Coordinate with kitchen, warehouse, and finance departments

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate Commis Chef (Bakery) to support our cold kitchen and pastry team. You will assist in the preparation and production of bakery products, including cakes, pastries, cookies, and breads.

• Assist in preparing bakery items following recipes

• Measure and mix ingredients accurately

• Operate ovens, mixers, and other bakery equipment
