Duties And Responsibilities

Receipt of contract enquiries, establish suitability within the business and complete the

necessary data bases in line with QA procedures.

Send out enquiries to the supply chain to ensure the best prices are received by selecting the

most suitable suppliers / manufacturing location for the project.

Liaise and request support from other individuals in the organization to produce programs

and quality submissions as dictated by the enquiry/RFQ.

Analyze the supply chain quotes & negotiate the best costs with knowledge of raw material

costs & manufacturing rate across various economies. Review their terms and conditions and

compare with basic tender practices.

Assist in preparing tender analysis information & present in a professional fashion for both internal

analysis & presentation to the client.

Install the costs with sufficient detail to enable contract review.

Lead Financial Analyst

Other related duties assigned by the line manager.

Qualified Chartered Accountant / ACCA / Cost Accountant

Has a minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in similar roles (relevant industry experience will be an added advantage)

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI)

Knowledge of database management systems (DBMS)

Understanding of reporting and business intelligence tools

Management reporting and Excel skills

Communicate effectively with all levels of management

Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of ERP systems and database management

Experience with system integration and project management.

Setter Out

Duties And Responsibilities

Reviewing project details as per the project kick-off received from the setting out manager

Preparing the project drawings schedule

Managing the shop drawings preparation and submittal process

Checking the materials allowed, details and incorporating all in detailed shop drawings. Clarifying discrepancies with line manager

Reviewing specifications of the project and obtaining clearance for discrepancies between specs and estimated details

Identifying project material requirements and samples requirements

Identifying and raising RFIs to the line manager for communicating with the project manager and for clarifications in a timely manner

Preparing quality shop drawings with high-level of detailing needs to take into consideration acceptable joinery practice and technique and consideration for wastage. Coordinating with factory on efficient detailing when required

Taking into consideration site-related parameters for access, assembly etc

Good knowledge of materials, technical properties and parameters, density, mechanical properties, homogeneity, available sizes, thicknesses, seasonal lead times, other constraints etc

Assistant Manager - MIS and General Accounting

Candidate Requirements

A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in similar roles (relevant industry experience will be an advantage)

Qualified Chartered Accountant, or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or another similar professional qualification

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience in management reporting and Excel presentation

Business feasibility analysis skills
