Consultant - Corporate Tax/ International Tax

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on corporate tax, and international tax matters, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations

Prepare and review tax returns, tax computations, and other tax-related documents

Conduct research on tax laws and regulations to provide accurate and timely advice to clients

Assist in tax planning and structuring for clients to minimize tax liabilities and optimize tax efficiency

Liaise with tax authorities and handle tax audits and inquiries on behalf of clients

Keep up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and communicate updates to clients and team members

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent client service

Mentor and train junior team members on tax matters and assist in their professional development

IT Operations Manager

The main duties will involve:

 Direct and support the IT infrastructure functions, with the responsibility of ensuring the achievement of business goals and objectives within the mission, vision, and values of the IT department.

 Strategize, design, implement, maintain, manage, and support Group IT Infrastructure.

 Analyse problems and recommend solutions, products, and technologies to meet business objectives.

 Manage changes to IT services and infrastructure, including upgrades, enhancements, and the implementation of new IT infrastructure hardware and software.

 Develop, design, maintain, and manage the IT Service Management policies and procedures.

 Ensure high performance and high availability of IT systems and services.

 Ensure the protection of the state of information technology assets and infrastructure from external/internal threats.

 Identify, analyse, manage, and mitigate IT operational risks.

 Perform preventative maintenance routines, Data Center Health checks, and regular checks of infrastructure capacity to maintain the integrity and performance of the IT infrastructure.

 Ensure Business Continuity procedures are followed to recover from disasters successfully.

 Ensure system security by conducting regular intrusion tests and applying regular anti-virus updates and controls to ensure network integrity and security.

Auditor/ Senior Auditor - Audit & Assurance

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead and manage audit engagements, including planning, execution, and completion

 Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues

 Review and analyze financial statements and audit reports for accuracy and completeness

 Identify and communicate any potential risks or issues to the audit team and clients

 Train and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge

 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in accounting and auditing standards

 Participate in business development activities, including networking and proposal writing

 Assist with other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by senior management.

Consultant/ Senior Consultant - IT GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance)

Responsibilities include:

Lead and/or execute GRC engagements and IT audits.

Review and/or prepare project deliverables.

Point of contact for the client during the engagement execution.

Develop and participate in implementation of client initiatives focused on the reduction of technology risk, governance and compliance to policies and external regulatory compliance.

Evaluate business and IT risks.

Audit IT organizations, IT processes and IT systems against regulations, standards and good practices such as COBIT and ITIL.

Develop IT security standards, procedures, and controls to manage risks. Improve clients security positioning through process improvement, policy, automation, and the continuous evolution of capabilities.

Evaluation information security threats and their impact clients IT environment.

Support the senior team members, assist with the analysis of requirements and design of clients information security posture, as well as Legal, Regulatory and Scheme security requirements.

Support the senior team members in delivery of work streams for clients in compliance standards such as PCI DSS, ISO27001, EU GDPR and Bahrain PDPL and incident management disciplines.
