📌 Responsibilities
• Alumni Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with GBSB Global alumni.
• Corporate Partnerships: Develop and expand partnerships with companies for job placements, internships, and networking opportunities.
• Event Organization: Organize alumni engagement initiatives, career fairs, networking events, and Open Innovation Challenges.
• Point of Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for companies looking to recruit GBSB Global talent.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align corporate engagement with career services and alumni activities.
• Representation: Represent GBSB Global at meetings, conferences, and industry events.
🧑💼 Required Skills
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in alumni relations, corporate engagement, or business development.
• Skills: Strong networking and relationship management skills.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition: Background in career development, talent acquisition, or event coordination.
• Languages: Fluency in English & Spanish (Catalan is a plus).
• Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
