Technical Trainer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Manama for a Technical Trainer. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and conducting technical training programs for employees. Daily tasks include identifying training needs, delivering training sessions, developing training materials, monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness, and providing ongoing support to trainees.

Qualifications

Experience as a Technical Trainer and in Technical Training

Skills in Training & Development and delivering training sessions

Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to design and develop training materials

Strong organizational and time management skills

Experience in the automotive industry is a must

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
