✅ Responsibilities

Oversee quarterly NAV completion and capital activities

Coordinate with fund administrators and external accounts

Review valuations, waterfall models, and cashflow forecasts

Lead capital call and distribution processes

Ensure compliance with federal/state tax filings

Manage third-party providers for statutory requirements

Handle SPV bank accounts and internal system reconciliations

Engage with auditors and support strategic initiatives
🎓 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

CPA / ACCA / CMA certified

Proven experience in fund administration (preferably PE/RE funds)

Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word, and management reporting tools

🎓 الشروط

درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية
