Your Key Responsibilities

Provide high level support to a small group of Partners and Executives

Organise and manage comprehensive diaries, travel and accommodation

Screening emails, responding and/or actioning as required

Prepare expense claims and timesheets on a weekly basis

Screen phone calls and messages, and follow-up actions, referring to the relevant team member when appropriate

Prepare and revise documents including presentations, emails, reports, agendas and papers

Coordinate client events, internal and external, as required within MENA

Skills And Attributes For Success

The demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Intermediate in the use of Microsoft Office suites

Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Strong communication skills including telephone manner and interpersonal skills

International Tax Advisory - Manager / Senior Manager - Bahrain

To qualify for the role you must have

Bachelor's Degree in Tax, Economics, Accounting or Finance and an approved professional qualification or equivalent (e.g. ADIT / ATT / ACCA / CPA / ACA / CA / LLB or MBA, or MA, MSc or PhD in the fields listed above) 

5 – 7 years of relevant Tax experience, in either business or industry 

Broad exposure to international taxation with focus on inbound and outbound investments 

Strong managerial, organisational, project management, analytical and verbal/written communication skills 

Proven track record with a leading professional services firm

Experience of Managing a team and/or mentoring and developing more junior team members 

Valuation and Business Modelling (Energy Sector) Professionals - Bahrain

To qualify for the role you must have

A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting or business 

At least 3 / 5 years of valuations work experience working on Oil and Gas / Energy clients

Experience of working on / managing valuation projects for M&A, Purchase Price Allocations, Impairment reviews, Fair Valuations 

Financial modelling skills including experience building models from scratch and reviewing models for Energy businesses

Experience of writing and owning reports / and opinions for valuations for M&A and Financial Reporting 

Demonstrated record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects

You’ll also must have

Hunger to grow and develop 

Previous valuation experience in professional services/Big 4 Firm 

Time spent working in a consulting environment 

Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with large clients 

Achievement of or significant progress towards a CFA, CA or another professional qualification
