Civil Inspector

Location: Manama, Capital Governorate, Bahrain

• Support the supervision and execution of civil engineering works on the Sewer Scheme Supervision Project in Bahrain.

• Requires hands-on experience in the construction of sewer systems and related infrastructure.

• Work closely with Senior Civil Engineers to ensure all activities comply with project specifications and standards.

• Assist in supervising civil engineering works, including sewer networks, manholes, and pumping stations.

• Ensure activities are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.

• Conduct on-site inspections to monitor the quality of work and materials.

• Report any deviations from specifications to the Senior Civil Engineer and ensure corrective actions are taken.

• Maintain detailed records of construction activities, including measurements, progress reports, and daily logs.

• Assist in preparing site reports, including photographs and technical data.

• Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.

• Coordinate with the engineering team to resolve any technical issues during construction.

• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) regulations.

• Participate in safety meetings and toolbox talks to maintain a safe working environment.

• Provide technical support to Senior Civil Engineers, including reviewing shop drawings, preparing material lists, and supervising labor resources on-site.
