Warehouse Supervisor - UAE

Key Responsibilities:

 Supervise warehouse activities in line with company policies and objectives.

Oversee receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping operations.

Assist in organizing the warehouse layout and optimizing space usage.

Implement and uphold operational procedures and best practices.

Ensure compliance with warehousing, handling, and shipping regulations.

Maintain standards for health, safety, hygiene, and security.

Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy using warehouse systems.

Assist in monitoring warehouse budget and controlling operational costs.

Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and logistics partners.

Schedule shifts, assign daily tasks, and evaluate staff performance.

Support in hiring, onboarding, coaching, and motivating warehouse staff.

Generate routine reports and metrics (e.g., inbound/outbound status, slow-moving stock).

Collect feedback and monitor the quality of warehouse services.

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in warehouse operations, including supervisory experience.

Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures and industry best practices.

Demonstrated ability to support and implement process improvements.

Solid understanding of key warehousing KPIs.

Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and databases.

Fluency in both Arabic and English is required

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

 الإشراف على أنشطة المستودعات بما يتماشى مع سياسات الشركة وأهدافها.

الإشراف على عمليات الاستلام والتخزين واختيار الطلبات والشحن.

المساعدة في تنظيم تخطيط المستودع وتحسين استخدام المساحة.

تنفيذ ودعم الإجراءات التشغيلية وأفضل الممارسات.

ضمان الامتثال لقواعد التخزين والمناولة والشحن.

الحفاظ على معايير الصحة والسلامة والنظافة والأمن.

مراقبة مستويات المخزون والتأكد من دقة المخزون باستخدام أنظمة المستودعات.

المساعدة في مراقبة ميزانية المستودع والتحكم في التكاليف التشغيلية.

التواصل بشكل فعال مع العملاء والموردين وشركاء الخدمات اللوجستية.

جدولة التحولات، وتعيين المهام اليومية، وتقييم أداء الموظفين.

الدعم في التوظيف والتدريب وتحفيز موظفي المستودعات.

إنشاء التقارير والمقاييس الروتينية (على سبيل المثال، حالة الوارد/الصادر، والمخزون بطيء الحركة).

جمع الملاحظات ومراقبة جودة خدمات المستودعات.

المؤهلات:

 

- درجة البكالوريوس في مجال الخدمات اللوجستية أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو إدارة الأعمال.

- خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في عمليات المستودعات، بما في ذلك الخبرة الإشرافية.

معرفة قوية بإجراءات المستودعات وأفضل الممارسات في الصناعة.

أثبت قدرته على دعم وتنفيذ تحسينات العملية.

فهم قوي لمؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للتخزين.

خبرة عملية في أنظمة إدارة المستودعات (WMS) وقواعد البيانات.
