Position: Receptionist

Location: Amwaj Salon

Reports To: Salon Manager

Job Summary:

As a Receptionist at Amwaj Salon, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting clients, managing appointments, and ensuring a welcoming and organized environment. You will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the salon’s operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the salon.

• Manage appointment bookings and cancellations efficiently.

• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, prices, and availability.

• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

• Process payments and handle cash register operations.

• Assist with client check-in and check-out procedures.

• Promote salon services and products to clients.

• Coordinate with stylists and other staff to ensure smooth operations.

• Handle any client complaints or concerns in a professional manner.

• Maintain confidentiality of client information.

• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration or customer service are a plus.

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficient in using computer systems and booking software.

• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.

الملخص الوظيفي:

كونك موظف استقبال في صالون أمواج، ستكون أول نقطة اتصال لعملائنا. ستكون مسؤولياتك الرئيسية هي استقبال العملاء، إدارة المواعيد، وضمان بيئة منظمة ومرحبة. ستلعب دورًا رئيسيًا في تقديم خدمة عملاء استثنائية ودعم عمليات الصالون.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• استقبال العملاء والترحيب بهم عند وصولهم.

• إدارة حجوزات المواعيد والإلغاءات بكفاءة.

• الرد على المكالمات الهاتفية والاستفسارات حول الخدمات والأسعار والتوافر.

• الحفاظ على منطقة الاستقبال منظمة ومرتبة.

• معالجة المدفوعات وتشغيل السجل النقدي.

• مساعدة في إجراءات تسجيل الوصول والمغادرة للعملاء.

• الترويج لخدمات ومنتجات الصالون للعملاء.

• التنسيق مع مصففي الشعر والموظفين الآخرين لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.

• التعامل مع أي شكاوى أو مخاوف للعملاء بشكل مهني.

• الحفاظ على سرية معلومات العملاء.

• أداء مهام إدارية مثل الأرشفة وإدخال البيانات وإدارة المخزون حسب الحاجة.

المؤهلات:

• شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها؛ شهادات إضافية في إدارة المكاتب أو خدمة العملاء تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

• خبرة سابقة في وظيفة موظف استقبال أو خدمة العملاء مفضلة.

• مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية ممتازة.

• مهارات تنظيمية وقدرة على تعدد المهام.

• إجادة استخدام أنظمة الكمبيوتر وبرامج الحجز.

• شخصية ودودة واحترافية.

بيئة العمل:

• بيئة صالون سريعة الوتيرة.

• يتطلب الوقوف لفترات طويلة ورفع بعض الأشياء الخفيفة عند الحاجة.
