Junior Analyst (Cybersecurity)

عن هذه الوظيفة:

كمحلل مبتدئ (Cybersecurity) في CTM360®، ستنضم إلى فريق يركز على اكتشاف والتخفيف من تهديدات الإنترنت/الاحتيال السيبراني التي تستهدف عملائنا. تشمل هذه الوظيفة تقديم الدعم للعملاء من خلال توفير تقارير تحليلية مفصلة، والتحقق من التهديدات المكتشفة وتصعيدها لإجراءات إضافية. كما يتعين عليك البحث في هذه التهديدات الإلكترونية وإنتاج التنبيهات مع التحليل/النتائج للعملاء. توفر هذه الوظيفة فرص نمو وفرصة للعمل مع فرق متعددة الوظائف.

المسؤوليات:

• التعامل مع الحوادث السيبرانية والتحقق من التهديدات المحتملة في الوقت الفعلي.

• إجراء تحليل متعمق للمصادر الإلكترونية المفتوحة (OSINT) لتحديد التهديدات ذات الصلة بالعملاء.

• تطوير طرق مبتكرة لاكتشاف التهديدات الناشئة التي تستهدف الحضور الإلكتروني للعملاء.

• تقديم الدعم الفني والاستجابة للحوادث بالتعاون الوثيق مع الفرق الأخرى لتخفيف التهديدات.

• إعداد تقارير مفصلة تشمل تحليل الاتجاهات، الملخصات التنفيذية، والتوصيات القابلة للتنفيذ للعملاء.

• العمل عن كثب مع العملاء لضمان تلبية احتياجاتهم الأمنية وتصعيد الحوادث عند الحاجة.

المؤهلات والمهارات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في تكنولوجيا المعلومات، علوم الكمبيوتر أو مجال ذي صلة.

• حديث التخرج أو حتى سنة من الخبرة.

• مهارات تواصل ممتازة، سواء الكتابية أو الشفهية.

• القدرة على تحديد الأولويات وإدارة الوقت بفعالية في بيئة ديناميكية وسريعة.

• مهارات التعاون القوية مع القدرة على العمل عبر فرق متعددة الوظائف.

• تحفيز ذاتي ورغبة في التحسن المستمر في مجال الأمن السيبراني.

We are looking for a Junior Analyst (Cybersecurity) to join our team at CTM360®. If you're a fresh graduate or have up to one year of experience in cybersecurity, we are looking for you.

Junior Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Location: Capital Governorate, Manama, Bahrain

Job Description:

As a Junior Analyst (Cybersecurity) at CTM360®, you will be part of a team focused on detecting and mitigating online fraud/cyber threats targeting our clients. This role involves supporting clients by providing in-depth analysis reports, validating and escalating detected threats for further action. You will also be expected to research online threats and produce alerts with analysis/findings for clients. This role offers growth opportunities and the chance to work in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Triage cybersecurity incidents and validate potential threats in real-time.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of online sources (OSINT) to identify relevant threats to clients.

• Develop innovative detection methods for emerging threats targeting clients’ online presence.

• Provide technical support and incident response, collaborating closely with other teams to mitigate threats.

• Prepare detailed reports, including trend analysis, executive summaries, and actionable recommendations for clients.

• Work closely with clients to ensure their security needs are met and escalate incidents when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams.

• Self-motivated, driven, and eager to continuously improve in the cybersecurity field.
