 HVAC Sales Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

Have Strong Command on HVAC Unitary Products (RAC & CAC), VRF, DX AHUs, CHW FCUs, CHW AHUs, and other related HVAC equipment.

Design, Estimation, Heat load calculation, Execution.

Layout and design and value engineering reviews of HVAC and Utility systems.

HVAC Product & Project Sales, Consulting Sales 

Have strong communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to lead energy efficiency assessment projects in collaboration with other team members.

Maintain excellent rapport with existing clients, target new clients, well versed and updated with market conditions & competitors for pricing and target achievements.

Have thorough Knowledge on the design criteria which define the requirements which the systems would be required to deliver.

Have thorough knowledge of codes related to the HVAC including but not limited to ASHRAE standards.

Lead the desk top review of design and site measurements and verification of main HVAC equipment and components.

Must be able to execute tasks within budget and scope.

Recognize and pursue changes in scope, schedule and budgets.

Requirements:

5 + years of experience in the HVAC product & projects Sales.

3-5 years’ experience on sales of DX products, VRF , Chiller, DX AHUs, FCUs and other HVAC equipment.

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

Licensed Professional Engineer, preferred CRPEP Licensed Graduate. 

Relevant years of Experience in Sales engineering, HVAC Systems, Service related.

Candidate who has a Gulf Experience and Gulf driving license shall be preferred.

Previous experience of working on residential projects.

Exhaustive Technical knowledge of HVAC components, quotations, follow-up, delivery, warranty claim for DX & applied products.

Familiar with all the inspection procedures related to HVAC Systems and Plumbing.

Good communication skill.

Previous Experience with Carrier, York, Daikin, Trane, Hitachi etc will be added advantage.

سنوات الخبرة ذات الصلة في هندسة المبيعات، وأنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء، والخدمات ذات الصلة.

يفضل أن يكون المرشح لديه خبرة في الخليج ورخصة قيادة خليجية.

خبرة سابقة في العمل على المشاريع السكنية.

المعرفة التقنية الشاملة لمكونات التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء، والاقتباسات، والمتابعة، والتسليم، ومطالبة الضمان لمنتجات DX والتطبيقية.

- معرفة بجميع إجراءات التفتيش المتعلقة بأنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء والسباكة.

مهارات التواصل الجيدة.
