This is a technical management role to lead a team that develops Python and Golang micro-services powering our global software distribution engine. The system is known globally as the Snap Store and Charmhub.io marketplaces. Job Role

We are looking for an exceptional Payroll Administrator with experience working with outsourced payroll bureaus (US, UK, EU, and/or additional jurisdictions) to manage the company's end-to-end global payroll and contractor payments. You will have domain expertise in processing payroll in different countries. You are reliable, diligent, and detail-oriented, always striving to improve current processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all payrolls are delivered on time and with 100% accuracy.
Process payroll and contractor data in an organized and structured manner.
Manage payroll deadlines and monthly payroll tasks.
Prepare payroll reports and provide monthly payroll data in journal format to finance for processing.
Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations and maintain payroll security and confidentiality.
Handle payroll queries and resolve or escalate as necessary.
Continuously seek ways to improve systems and processes to ensure seamless integration between HR, Payroll, and Finance.
Keep payroll policies up to date and write new procedures as required.
Provide support for project-related activities from Finance and HR.
Assist with reporting and audit queries for Finance.
Support future expansions of global payrolls and other projects.
