Food Operations Specialist

Location: Manama

• Receive the monthly plans brief from the brand team and gather feedback from the local business unit regarding sourcing and capacity.

• Maintain a list of required equipment developed by the Scaling Chefs to be shared with all country operations ahead of new launches.

• Be the single point of contact between local Production & Supply chain teams (and regional team if information is required) for new menu item launches.

• Coordinate with the business units on scheduling training sessions with the scaling and training chefs.

• Respond to daily operations questions on menu portioning guidelines and cooking methods.
  
  

Training Admin

Location: Manama
Company: Calo

• Coordinate the training schedule and training calendar with all MP trainers.

• Coordinate with trainers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to ensure availability and alignment with training objectives and training-related projects.

• Ensure new joiners are following the training schedule as per the training calendar.

• Update and assist trainers in quiz and survey links and coordinate with the Training Team.

• Design and prepare Training tools like curriculum, SOPs, or presentations.

• Ensure training materials, such as session slides, quizzes, and surveys, are prepared for the trainers.

• Coordinate with the Training Manager, or other stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and training needs.

• Collaborate with HR in making sure that new joiners are encoded on the System.

• Assist in identifying training needs and gaps within operations.

• Collect feedback from trainees and trainers each session to evaluate training effectiveness. (Post-survey Evaluation)
  
  

Customer Experience Associate

Treasury Accountant

Location: Manama

• Review all invoices related to Accounts Payable to ensure compliance with the internal process.

• Track, review, and process payments on the bank portal at the group level and make sure that all the invoices are paid on time.

• Ensure that bank reconciliations and entries are recorded in a timely manner.

• Assist in managing the internal funding requirements of the organization.

• Assist the senior accountant in the preparation of cash flow and forecasts for all group entities on a monthly basis.

• Optimize cash utilization and manage cash reserves in alignment with the company's objectives.

• Oversee and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.

• Identify and assess potential financial risks related to cash flow, exchange rates, and interest rates.

• Streamline treasury processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
